Warranty and return.

Although we are very focused on ensuring high quality in our deliveries, it does go wrong once in a while 🙁
There may be something that does not work as it should, when it arrives to you or maybe the item gets an error after a while.

If you have bought the product from us (not a dealer), please send us a message and make sure it contain the following information:

Your address, telephone number and e-mail.
Where and when the product is purchased and a copy of the invoice.
A clear description of how the error shows / why you return the product and what you might have of other observations/remarks.

Besides sending the message to us, please print the message and put it in the box to be sent to:

Pack the product in its original box / packaging, if you have it, as the product takes a minimum of damage in this way.
A return for money pay back, must be in original packaging!
Otherwise, make sure that the product is well packaged and rather too much bupple wrao than too little.

You will pay to send the item to us, whether it’s a return or warranty / service case. Once the item is sent from us to you after repair, we pay the freight cost if it’s a warranty case.

Then we will have a look at the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

Remedies.

If you think that we are completely impossible to deal with (boss once had a girlfriend who he thought was impossible …;)) Then please phone/email us and we will solve the problem. We have always been able to do that in the past.

But if you think that we still are completely out of reach, then you can complain to The Competition and Consumer Authority (if you live in Danmark), or e-mail: [email protected] But I belive we agree before. 🙂
