Does your shop accept returns?
When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
In your return package please include:
- The original packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, no fee will be applied. But if the items are damaged on the item itself or the packaging, Energig will evaluate and detach the evaluated amount from the refund.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

Will I be required to pay customs or duty fees if I’m outside the EU?
All items are shipped from our EU warehouse (Denmark). The customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be incurred if your package crosses an external EU border. Please check your country’s customs regulations if you have any further questions.
You might not be able to order shipment to your location in the Shop, but then you can write to us and we will see if we can handle the shipment anyway.

Will my order arrive well packaged?
Yes! Your package will be very well packaged and will be sent with all the necessary care 😉
Does your shop ship internationally? And how much?
Yes we ship international. You can order from many places in the world and have our products arrive right to your adress. Cost is dependant on weight and other logistics. If you can’t order shipment to your location in the shop, please contact us and we see if we can deliver by manual shipping.
How do you charge for shipping?
All items are shipped from our EU warehouse (Denmark), and shipping is charged by weight/size of the package. Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller, lighter weight items. Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping. The same applies to worldwide Shipping.
If you want to arrange your package to be picked up at our warehouse, you can choose this option in the Shop, and we will let you know when the package is ready for pickup. By your self or any shipping company of your choice.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment with many different credit cards, Mobilepay (DK), Bitcoin and prepayment with Bank wired funds.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.
When will the item that I ordered be delivered?
All items on stock in our Warehouse will be shipped the same day if ordered before 14:00. After 14:00 the shipment will be the day after.
If one or more items in your order are not in stock, the entire order will by default wait for all items to be collected.

You can check on the product page what is typical delivery time is. E.g. a delivery time: “Typical 1-14 days” means that we often have the item on stock, but that we in case it’s not on stock, normally can have it in stock and ship to you within 14 days.
If you are in need of very fast delivery, call us on +45 70 500 999. Often can we make a direct delivery from another European stock, but it will enable an express shipping fee
